PSP2, Switch 2 and an Xbox handheld... a brighter portable future?

Last ever official Vita games revealed

Having seen the trophy listing for Mooseman a while back, I wasn't going to mention it as the developer, Vladimir Beletsky, had confirmed back in 2018 that the game wasn't coming to the Vita. Lo and behold it finally arrives as one of Eastasiasoft's last pair of titles for the Vita, going up for pre-orders on Thursday

So, not exactly going out with a bang! It looks like a decent monochromatic side-scrolling adventure but without much in the way of gameplay.

Winter's Daydream looks a bit brighter, answering the age-old visual novel problem, what happens if your grandmother suddenly de-ages into a hot chick. Both games will ship 1,000 units with the usual LE bumf. (Daydream's trophies have only just shown up, both games have a platinum if you are curious).

And that's it, barring any last minute releases lost down the backs of sofas (looking at Nicalis), the Vita managed 10 years of releases despite being dumped by Sony way too soon.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS4/PS5
