Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! Eastasiasoft pops two Awesome Peas in a pod

Continuing their run of recent news, Eastasiasoft is bringing both Awesome Pea adventures in a double-pack to the Vita. The Pigeon Dev/Sometimes You coded titles pack in plenty of challenge and not so many vitamins into their twisted puzzle levels, with that cheery green Game Boy hue about them.

Update: SOLD OUT!

If you like a tough pixel challenge this should do the job (review of no. 1), with coins to collect and endless ways to end up as pea soup - and help reward the developers for their continued Vita support. The superb Chasm was the last Eastasiasoft piece of news and it looks like they aren't slowing down yet ahead of an end to Vita cart production early next year.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS3/PS4/PS5
