PSP2, Switch 2 and an Xbox handheld... a brighter portable future?

Evercade adds Amiga Team 17 cart for more physical gaming history

The first Evercade Amiga cartridge has been announced for the punky portable/mini-console with Team 17's roster raided to deliver a blistering set of shooters, arcade games and sports. It comes after some gossip and an early wink last October, and on the heels of a pair of C64 collections

I guess plenty of us are still holding out for a Psygnosis collection, plus Sinclair Spectrum and Atari STE carts, but its early days in the home computer/Evercade relationship, with this just Cart No. 3 in that category. Pre-orders are live next week and the cart hits shelves at the end of May.

Many gamers minds might rush to fond memories of Alien Breed when they think of all Team 17's history and there are three games from that series in the mix. If you can't wait until the May launch, there's always the Vita/PS3 reimagined version
