July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Especially with the limp Xbox is-it-isn't-it launch .  July 2026 Update : Sony managed a cannon-fire sized self-inflicted injury by announcing the end of physical releases across the end of the PS5 era and the launch of the PS6. Kosmos Connections VN told on the Switch

Thetau Games and Ratalaika are bringing Kosmos Connections, a Kickstarter campaign visual novel (live now, well on its way to a £9.5K goal) to the Switch, if the campaign all works out.

Kosmos Connections places you in the shoes of Adelfos during his winter vacation as he visits his hometown of Kosmos for the first time in years. His friend has created a visual novel, but the gameplay is more sinister than the players might think. The story and game is largely complete, just looking for backers to bring the final touches to life and for Ratalaika to deliver on the console ports.
