 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Root Double goes physical on Vita

Eastasiasoft keeping bringing the goods to the Vita with its latest tie-up bringing Sekai Games' and Japanese developer Regista's ROOT√DOUBLE Before Crime/After Days Xtend Edition as a limited release of the visual novel about a strange accident in a nuclear research facility. 

Originally released in Japan in 2012, it has many endings affected by its unique “Senses Sympathy System”, a mechanic that allows the player to adjust their impression of characters relevant to each scenario using sliders. This extended edition for PlayStation Vita includes updates and a new ending, making it the definitive way to experience its 50+ hours of thrilling, gorgeously illustrated content.


The 2,000 unit production run will probably sell out in seconds, so get ready as preorders open via Playasia this Thursday, September 10th at 11:00 pm Hong Kong (11:00 am ET / 04:00 pm UK time). Limited Editions include the game with a manual, 2-CD soundtrack and numbered certificate in a collector’s box.
