Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! Ganbere Super Strikers gets physical in the box

Rese, Aussie developer of Ganbere Super Strikers, Ratalaika and Eastasiasoft have teamed up for a physical version of the soccer RPG, with only 1,000 copies due for release.  Pre-orders go live on Thursday with delivery later in the year.

I had a few goes on the digital version and found it easy to get into but hard to enjoy. Still, its something I want to come back to when I have more time. Also, the developer is working on a survival horror next, so hopefully sales of Ganbere will go some way to supporting that effort.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS3/PS4/PS5
