July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. TikiPod shows off more Aqua Kitty sequel pics

After the excitement of the PlayStation 5 unveiling, back to work getting the latest on new Vita games. And we don't have to look too hard. Tikipod is well ahead of the curve on the PS5's "For the Cats" theme with a sequel to Defender-like Aqua Kitty DX.

Developer Dugan has shared a few pics over the year, but this is the best look yet at a more perhaps Gravitar- or Gravity Crash-type vibe. Whatever it plays, slick arcade action is imminent, so support your indie devs. AKDX is just £5.49 on PSN and hopefully someone will make a physical bundle of both titles for those who didn't get the Limited Run physical.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS3/PS4/PS5
