PSP2, Switch 2 and an Xbox handheld... a brighter portable future?

Evercade Launch Games

The Evercade Premium Pack comes with three game packs, representing the history of Atari, Interplay and Namco. All told they provide 37 games - not bad for a launch day, considering few systems even offer a pack-in title these days. A cheaper pack comes with just the Namco cart.

The Atari cart offers a mix of 2600 and 7800-era games including the classic shooters Tempest and Gravitar, Namco moves things on a bit with Dug-Dug and Pac Man while Interplay is another step up the gaming evolution ladder with 16-bit hits like Earthworm Jim, Battle Chess and ClayFighter.

Additional packs available separately include:

Technos Cartridge 1 (eight games including Double Dragon)
Piko Collection (20 games including Switchblade and Way of the Exploding Fist)
DataEast Cartridge 1 (10 games including Midnight Resistance)
Namco Cartridge 2 (11 games including Galaga and Splatterhouse 2 & 3)
Mega Cat Collection (10 more recent indie games)
Atari Collection 2 (28 games including Solaris, Centipede and Yar's Revenge)
Interplay Collection 2 (8 games including Earthworm Jim 2)

Update, here's an easier-to-follow visual listing showing off all of the launch games on one place.

These will be followed by the two Atari Lynx packs, and the XenoCrisis plus Tanglewood cart soon after launch, with one more cartridge to be announced on launch with more to follow.
