Physical releases for Demon's Tier and Guard Duty lined up

After the trophy leak news,  Diabolical Mind's Demon's Tier, ported by Cowcat, has been officially announced with the delightful news of a physical release from Eastasiasoft. And the out-this-week Guard Duty from Ratalaika, a point-and-click adventure, is also getting a boxed version with the usual goodies.

This little rush of physicals does make me wonder which game will have the honour of being the last physical release ever?
