July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Vita marches on at E3, who needs Sony?

Yep, nothing to see, move on to our over-priced PC - says Sony! But no, say gamers and publishers, who lit up the Vita's social media bubble with gaming goodness overnight. For a start, there's the sizzle reel that Sony should have shown.
Then there's a quickfire blast of new and physical releases, demonstrating the value of Vita owners to those who may have forgotten about terms like loyalty and value.
