There are way too many games with Tokyo in the title doing the rounds right now. 5bp's effort, New Tokyo Legacy (Operation Abyss, heading west thanks to NIS America) offers old-school RPG action and a massive array of characters, looks like a nice limited edition too for the Japanese market.
