July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. Football Manager 2013 out for PSP, PSN version soon for Vita owners

Straight into the No. 1 spot on the PSP chart, I'd long forgotten this was coming out. in the all formats chart, it shows the PSP version selling 12% alongside the PC's 88%, not bad for a positively ancient format.

Out on UMD, a PSN version that you can play on the PSP/Vita too is coming soon. A shame there's no Vita-dedicated version, as this is one game where the touchscreens could really speed things up.

It lets PSP owners can once again take charge of their favourite club both home and away, as Football Manager Handheld 2013 is available for the Sony handheld games console from today. Football Manager Handheld 2013 for PSP allows managers to take control of clubs in 34 leagues from 11 nations across the world.

The database includes updated squads and competition rules for the 2012/13 season. Football Manager Handheld 2013 for PSP is available now from all good games retailers; a downloadable version for PSP and PS Vita will be available soon through the PlayStation Network.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS3/PS4/PS5
