July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Especially with the limp Xbox is-it-isn't-it launch .  July 2026 Update : Sony managed a cannon-fire sized self-inflicted injury by announcing the end of physical releases across the end of the PS5 era and the launch of the PS6. PSN EU Update teases UK gamers with Gravity Daze

Its tough not to feel jealous about the bountiful US update as all the European update offers is Gravity Daze (on Friday in the UK, and next week for New Zealand, but I've seen tweets say pre-orders have been dispatched) and Pulzar, which I will be having a go at.

Even the PS One game Arc the Lad III look like it isn't Vita compatible. On the plus side, its freaking Gravity Daze, check out the new trailer here! Looking forward to it! There's also a new mini, although one largely wasted on the UK audience (I'm staying up until 2AM to watch the NBA finals.
