Japan gets the Vita's e-Reader and comic book store

As the PSP comic book store closes quietly down, the Vita one opens up (in Japan, anyway) with a new app available for the Vita, and the likes of One Piece, Fate Stay Night and other mangas available for download. Looks like a neat app and can't wait for a western release.
