Fight for the future

Polite Plea: After almost seven years and 7,000 articles, you may have noticed the number of stories slowing down here. Time moves on, but I'll always keep posting, as the Vita becomes the new Dreamcast.
However, I do need a new Vita as my launch day model is starting to show its age.
Since I don't have the time or content for a Patreon or YT channel, please consider clicking an ad to help reach my new Vita fund!
Once reached, hopefully in time for Christmas, I will remove all adverts, leaving this island of Vita life an ad-free oasis!

Japan Finally Gets PSN Store Back This Week

Due to lots of legal/regulatory pressure, Japan will only get its PSN store back in a couple of days on July 6. The longest of the PSN outages was due to extra testing for the service, which presumably is now Fort Knox-like in protection.

Given that Japan is Sony's biggest PSP market, it (and other games devs) will have felt the most impact from the loss of service and there must be a pretty huge queue of new content ready to go up. Add in the demand for Japan's Welcome Back package and expect a fair amount of the same bedlam we got over here.
