Operation Night Strikers takes us back to Taito's trigger-happy heyday

Way back in the day, the alert sound noting the last few life-bars being blown away was one of the most strident and recognisable in arcades.  We prayed for another fallen victim to Operation Wolf. I'm not sure if I want to relive that trauma, but with a great batch of four titles, this Clear River Games collection of Taito classics looks like a blast on the Switch. 

The Operation Night Strikers pack includes Operation Wolf, Operation Thunderbolt, Night Striker and Space Gun, each title a pristine example of the Uzi-toting genre and certain to provide endless entertainment for Uzi Lovers (Chris Morris forever!).

Playing on Nintendo Switch you can use the Joy-Con motion sensing controls to replicate that light-gun feeling, or use a USB mouse or cursor aided controls to re-live the classic 80’s gameplay!

Operation Night Strikers will be available via digital download starting August 7, 2025. A physical edition for Nintendo Switch will also be available on the 23rd January 2026, with a special Collector’s Edition hitting the shelves on the same date.
