G‘AIM’E Time Crisis Lightgun Kickstarter goes live ammo

 As a big House of the Dead series fan, I've missed the joyous world of the light gun games, especially with the laggy Switch remake of HotD1 a few years back - hopefully HotD2 will do things better. Anyway, Tassei Denki, Kickstarter page for their G‘AIM’E Time Crisis Lightgun is now live - and has already smashed its initial goal. 

G‘AIM’E is turning those frowns upside down with a new breed of hardware, designed to finally bring the classic fun and accuracy of arcade Lightgun games back to the home. Developed under license from Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. for the 30th Anniversary of TIME CRISIS.

Various versions of the hardware are available, with three primary editions:

Basic - Priced at 14,500 JPY (£64-£74)

• TV mini-console featuring TIME CRISIS

Premium  - Priced at 19,800 JPY (£89-£101)

• Collectible TIME CRISIS Pin Badge

Ultimate - Priced at 29,700 JPY (£130-£150)
