Portable post-Black Friday deals take off from Nintendo, PlayStation and Evercade

 While there's no sign of a discount on the PlayStation Portal or Xbox Ally, portable gamers can still get in on the Black Friday action. Free Blackbird's Kraken update for Pixel platformer Slime-san

Pixel-san is news to me, but the well-rated platformer is now 33% off on the Switch store and there's an update with a big extra adventure. The original features some slime that has to escape from a worm's stomach. The new episode sees crusty character Blackbird believe that Slime-san has stolen his treasure and unleashed his giant Kraken upon him!

Blackbird's Kraken is a totally free independent campaign from Slime-san with 25 new levels, 10 new target challenges, a submarine mode, more collectibles to hunt down, more boss fights to conquer.
