Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! A generation of heroes line up for Bandai's new Super Hero Generation

Get your popcorn out as Bandai Namco has a 20 minute epic showing the battles between a heavy roster of heroes including characters from Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Mobile Suit Gundam and more waging 3D war on land, air and in space.

The new simulation RPG with mechs from the SD Gundam G Generation is still full of massive battles as they fight even bigger monsters, but there's a hint of strategy as you pick characters and move them around the game board to best tackle the beasts.

The game is out in a few weeks in Japan.
