July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Especially with the limp Xbox is-it-isn't-it launch .  July 2026 Update : Sony managed a cannon-fire sized self-inflicted injury by announcing the end of physical releases across the end of the PS5 era and the launch of the PS6. Some Neoromance to go with your pink Vita?

If you saw that pink Vita at the Japanese press event, you'd be correct in assuming that Sony is going for the female gaming audience. With loads of romance visual novels chucked out by minor publishers, it seems Tecmo is going large on the genre in the hope of cashing in on this would-be trend.

Who know what the story is here? But the series has been rolling on in various media for 20 years now, so I guess the format will be pretty much set in stone, like the cold heart of the man she loved, but could never be with.
