Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! But he's had the energy and drive to do something about it, and met the right people to get the job done!  What first got you interested in Vectrex and what spawned the idea of a Mini version? Ray's the Dead propping up the Vita

Zombies are spreading, not in the shambling way across a town near you, but across genres. We've had Stubbs the Zombie, Zombie Tycoon, OMG:Zombies and more. Here's Ray's the Dead, an already-funded, after just a couple of days, Kickstarter game for Vita and PS4.

According to the developers, RagTag, Ray’s the Dead is a stylized action-adventure game where players take on the role of Ray LaMorte. Experience his life - and afterlife - through a mix narrative storytelling and over-the-top action, unravel the secrets behind Ray's death, and the mysterious device lodged into his brain. It’s story driven gameplay will challenge players with a satisfying blend of action, tactics, puzzle, stealth, and adventure, all rolled into one fresh gaming experience.

It may already be funded but chip in and help it to the many cool-sounding stretch goals that the team has in mind.
