Hyper Light Drifter gets a combat trailer

The recently successfully funded indie effort shows off some pre-alpha combat footage, which looks pretty damn clean to me. The game is just one of a slew of indie efforts coming to the Vita to make up for third-party indifference.

The game snagged nearly $650K in funding from an original request for just $27,000 and offers 2D Action RPG in the vein of the best 8-bit and 16-bit classics, with modernized mechanics and designs on a much grander scale, according to its KS page, pretty hard to disagree.
