Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! Free green game Ecolibrium hitting the PS Vita tomorrow

After a quiet patch, it looks like the Vita is getting some action again. Not only do we have the charming Sunflowers growing in our gaming garden this week, but the eco-friendly and free-to-play Ecolibrium is also making a soft landing on PSN. That and more PS one price cuts are making this a pretty good week.

Ecolibrium is an imaginative real-time eco-system simulator where the aim is to maintain harmony within your own created environment. You need to select creatures, plants and artefacts to create a balanced eco-system. If your eco-system is not balanced, you can feed your animals manually or exile unwanted animals into the wilderness using Vita’s near feature for others to pick up for their respective eco-system. More at the PSN blog.
