July Update: PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

Imageepoch's Black Rock Shooter is headed west, digitally

With the PSP dropping off the radar, the awesome looking Imageepoch title Black Rock Shooter seemed destined to lose out on a western release. But, now it looks like we (well, America at least) will get it as a PSN release.

Here's the info Ryan Phillips of NIS America shared with RP Gamer (word of some PS3 developments in their interview.
First, Black Rock Shooter: The Game for PSP is still on track for a digital release. As was stated by the CEO of Imageepoch, NIS America confirms that the game is still 100% in progress for a North American localization. The company is still working on the logistics of how a limited edition could work, but cannot confirm if it will actually happen.
Hopefully a European release will follow on from that.

Currently playing on my Vita/PS3/PS4/PS5
