Vectrex Mini interview - David Oghia talks up the nostalgic vector powerhouse

Having been wowed by the news of the Vectrex Mini at Gamescom , I rushed off some questions to VectrexOn's main man  David Oghia . After a post-event, well earned, break, he's kindly given us a lot of detail about the project and some new images of the unit to share.  His story mirrors mine somewhat, Vectrex represents a glowing, unaffordable, obelisk of gaming power from our youth! Ridge Racer revving up the interest on the Vita

Remember all the low reviews and furrowed brows when Sony/Namco arsed up Ridge Racer for the Vita launch? (Here's my £16.99 worth). Japanese gamers are also getting some very pretty new skins for their cars.

A check on the Japanese Ridge site shows off some of the even smarter content headed our way, eventually. So, hold off on that initial disappointment and get downloading to open up the new roads. While they won't gloss over the broken lack of challenge and feeble multiplayer mode, there is still some goodness in this game to be had.
