PlayStation 6 and PlayStation Portable future visions

 The recent PlayStation video about the "simulated" technology in development, discussed between AMD and Sony engineers that will power the PlayStation 6 was interesting from a geek point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, there is - IMO - no need for a PlayStation 6 for another few years. Downwell is live on EU PSN, launch trailer is go

Devolver has launched the Vita and PS4 Cross Buy version of Downwell across all PSNs now, so grab the game and get plummeting! It is only £3.99/$5, for 45MB of fun, which for a game with Spectrum-era graphics and a Platinum trophy isn't too bad.

Reviews are great, as you'd expect for such a simple but fiendish game, developed in Japan by Moppin. So, go powering up your Gunboots and get ready for action, what chance you'll see Spelunky or Steamworld Dig on the way down?
