Trails of Cold Steel II confirmed

After a fair few rumours this week, XSeed has a bit of a news bomb for late on Friday, announcing that the translated Trails series has now sold over 350,000 copies.

In celebration of the upcoming five-year anniversary of the North American debut of developer Nihon Falcom’s award-winning RPG adventure, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, XSeed has announced The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is coming our way.
As a bonus, you can dive into PSN to pick up the original Trails in the Sky at 50% off its regular list price, for a full week starting today. Its sequel, Trails in the Sky SC, is also being offered at 30% off.

Slated for release in autumn on Vita and PS3, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II picks up one month after the decisive collision which changed the fate of the entire nation of Erebonia in Trails of Cold Steel, with a renewed sense of hope as Rean tirelessly works to right the wrongs that have led the country to disarray. Guess I'll have to finish the first Cold Steel then (currently on Chapter 6).
