Fight for the future

Polite Plea: After almost seven years and 7,000 articles, you may have noticed the number of stories slowing down here. Time moves on, but I'll always keep posting, as the Vita becomes the new Dreamcast.
However, I do need a new Vita as my launch day model is starting to show its age.
Since I don't have the time or content for a Patreon or YT channel, please consider clicking an ad to help reach my new Vita fund!
Once reached, hopefully in time for Christmas, I will remove all adverts, leaving this island of Vita life an ad-free oasis!

Soul Sacrifice Delta storms to No. 1 in Japan

Here's something new, a Vita game at the top of the chart in Japan, the new Soul Sacrifice Delta leaps out of the blocks with near enough 49,000 sales. That is about half of the original's first week sales, but there are a lot more monster hunter style games out there now, and while the original was well received, I think it only hit around 200,000 sales.

01./00. [PSV] Soul Sacrifice Δ (Sony Computer Entertainment)  - 48.786 / NEW
02./06. [3DS] Yo-kai Watch (Level 5) - 36.018 / 532.472 (-4%)
03./05. [3DS] Dragon Quest Monsters 2:  # (Square Enix)  - 31.157 / 718.865 (-42%)
04./01. [3DS] Harvest Moon: Linking The New World (Marvelous AQL) 29.514 / 160.296 (-77%)
05./00. [PS3] Ar Nosurge: Umareizuru Hoshi e Inoru Uta # (Gust)  - 27.037 / NEW
... 16./09. [PSV] Deception IV: Blood Ties # (Koei Tecmo)  - 6.101 / 25.422 (-68%)

That gave the Vita a nice 10,000 boost on the hardware front and with lots of new stuff coming soon, it should be on a decent roll.
