Japanese charts, Vita on the slow rise

Valhalla Knights 3 managed to sell just over 40,000 copies, landing at No. 5 in the new Media Create chart as the only Vita entry. Based on the earlier story, it also sold 25,000 digital copies, which shows the increasing importance of PSN sales.

That nudged Vita hardware sales up a few thousand to 12,171 (or 13,719 according to Famitsu's numbers) which is ticking over but still way below what Sony needs to hit its targets. Roll on E3 for all this "big news" then.
