For a short time, Vita owners won't be able to complain about there being no new games out for it.
This week sees the launch of Street Fighter x Tekken and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz. Next week sees Need for Speed: Most Wanted roaring onto your OLED screens while Assassin's Creed III: Liberation sneaks around the back and stabs it in the back.
Then, November brings up PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale and Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, plus treats like LEGO Lord of the Rings, Sonic All-Stars and Virtue's Last Reward, to bring the year to a, hopefully, roaring close.
After that, who knows? The 2013 release list is pretty bare. We're promised a Bioshock game, but with no date, Killzone looks good and Europe will be catching up on Ragnarok Odyssey and Persona 4 in early 2013, which should keep things rolling, while Yoshida-San says there more unannounced games to come.
But, for once, lets not worry about that, just form orderly queues and enjoy the Vita's first Christmas with the top entertainment on offer. That means no bitching in the forums, no port-pleas for non-Vita games and no rancid reactions to the odd grim review here or there. (I'll give it about 45 minutes).
