This page started for black Friday but has moved on as the deals come and go. I will update across the festive sales, as new portable hardware deals appear. I won't hype them as "pocket change" or "fire sale" like some sites, because that's bollocks. December deals : Evercade has 30% off various hardware, depending on the store, check the blog for details . PlayStation Portal is currently £20 off on Amazon UK (another £10 off for refurbs) Update: Valve has jumped in with 20% off the Steam Deck LCD 256GB model (down to £279 in the UK) Update: Xbox Ally has various deals (pretty short-lived, but likely getting cut again for the post Christmas sale). The good news is that Codemasters has confirmed that the Vita version will be mingling on the shelves with the other launch games. The bad news is that, despite the new video, it still looks a bit crappy, even in 720p.
Yes, I can see the "Work in Progress" tag too, but the game doesn't seem to have improved much from the TGS shots (one below) that showed some rather woeful monocoques, low-level shading and blotchy suspension. Perhaps its something you won't notice bombing through Eau Rouge wheel-to-wheel with the glossy AMOLED screen, but it does look like there's lots of work to be done.

Clearly F1 is a high-end game that pushes the Xbox and PS3 pretty hard, and the Vita is all new and shiny, so there will be some trade-off. And, to be fair, Sumo Digital hasn't let us down in the past, and there's time to get things right but this is one of the few Vita games that has a question mark over it
